You will have exclusive access to a 400-year-old refurbished stone house, a 2000m2 garden with old fig trees, and local flowers, a 10mx4m infinity pool, four large terraces, and lots of space for work and social activities. This is a perfect combination of quiet village life with active hikes in the near mountainous area or sunbathing by our pool as well by the beach just 7 kilometers away. It is is a truly unique setup of a lovingly restored traditional stone house and incredible views amidst some of the greenest areas in the Mediterranean. The property is easily accessible by car, with a 10 minute drive to the beaches on the coast, and a 50 min drive from the airport in Dubrovnik.

The villa has 4 apartments with own kitchenette, living room, double bedroom and a bath, and , and one large apartment with two more double bedrooms and a large living room and a well equipped kitchen for joint group meals. This property used to be a local fig, pomegranate and olive farm, and the gardens are green all year, with old trees, lots of lavender and 4 spacious terraces seating 12-18 people each, and an outdoors kitchen with coal and gas barbecues, induction plates and traditional cooking equipment for local food experiences. There are 10 magical dining experiences at only a 20-minute drive by taxi or by boat.

We had a perfect rest for a couple of days during our moto trip. The house has a great local village spirit shaped in a modern manner. Although the house is located somewhat away from the centre, taxis and food delivery are available. A very welcoming and helpful personnel. Possibly the best accommodation in the region. Great value to money.

We were a group of 3 families travelling in Balkans, and we stayed in the vila for 3nights. The vila has incredible views to the mountains and to the sea. It has a traditional feel, yet everything is refurbished, brand new and modern. The swimming pool is big, stylish and with amazing views. Lots of space to hang out both inside and outside (2 huge terraces fully equiped for big groups). Everything was spottless clean. Kitchen fully equiped. Huge fridge with ice making machine. Potable water and coffee makers provided in every room. Landlord very communicative, responded to every question, helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations. That was one of if not the best place for holidays we have ever rented!

Our villa and property is renovated with three main types of guests in mind:

1) Six couples or small families wanting a luxurious but affordable vacation, with an opportunity to relax and bathe in the pool, grill in one of the three terraces, and enjoy together or separately one of the many different zones in the garden. There are plenty of activities for the adrenalin seekers, and good food and wine for the

2) Family reunions with up to 6 families that want to spend a long weekend or a week somewhere beautiful, with a choice of relaxing days by the pool or by the beach, and active days on the beach, in the mountains or sea with canyoning, rafting, hiking, diving or kiting. Also lots of good cultural sightseeing in the area.

3) Company offsites that house 6 to 8 employees in the house, and possibly many more in one of the nearby hotels (Lazure, Pansion Savina, Hotel Perla). The main common room seats 14 people around one large table, and is excellent for collective meetings, while the many apartments or terraces allow for breakout sessions. Work together during the day, play and relax together during the evening. We can arrange activities and food.

We can arrange for a delivery of three meals per day during your stay, with our catering partners. We can also arrange tastings or private chefs.

Garden & Terrace

2500m2 gardens, with old fig trees, cypress, jasmine, mimosas, laurel, lavender and other local flowers and climbers that add color and shade.

Swimmingpool

One of the largest heated private pools in Montenegro, with infinity views over the bay, outdoor shower and 12 sunbeds on a terrace next to the pool.

Free Wifi

Wi-Fi throughout the house and gardens, both ADSL and mobile net (speed 8mb on ADSL, and 30mb on mobile), and StarLink on its way in.

Linen & Towels

The house is equipped with fine cotton linens and bathroom and pool towels. Each apartment is fully equipped with appliances and kitchen utilities.

We are located just 53 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport, according to Google Maps 🙂 You can find the transfer information in our guest info sheet (check “guides” in top menu). The house is immediately below the ancient stone village church, called St Thomas, in a green village of Trebesin, 10 minutes drive from Herceg Novi. The taxi-on-demand service is stable and cheap, and the transfer service is good.
