Prices are given for the whole house and garden, and we only rent out for exclusive use by one group at a time. Our prices are independent of the number of guests, and reduced according to season. Maximum number of guests is 14. It is possible to add up to 4 toddlers sleeping in additional cots, and we have 8 additional sleeping couches for extraordinary situations. The property is not yet secured for small children, as there are a couple of places without protective fences on the stone staircases in the garden.

Minimum stay is 3 days, maximum stay is 30 days. Main season June-August 100%, mid-season April-May and September-October 80%, low season November-March 60%. 

Bookings are 100% payable at booking time. Deposit for potential damages at 500,- Euro payable at booking time. Our property does not have a lot of flexibility where one cancellation can easily be refilled by another. Due to this we practise the firm cancellation policy as in Airbnb.com:

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel more than 14 days before check-in, they will pay 50% for all nights. If guests cancel less than 14 days from check-in, they will pay 100% for all nights
