About this space
New on the market! This is truly a unique place, a luxurious villa-compound in the hills above Herceg Novi, with amazing views, peace and quiet of a green village and a crystal clear infinity pool. There are 5 lovely apartments with all amenities, in addition to very large shared terraces and gardens. The 400 year old house has been refurbished to Scandinavian comfort and design. Rare beauty, calm and functionality. Perfect for several families, or leadership teams on workation.
The space
There are five apartments, with #1 being the large shared space with a dining room for 18, large bathroom and spacious kitchen and lounge areas, and with two separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each sleeping 3, plus two extra folding armchair-beds and two extendable futon beds. The other four apartments are self-contained units with double beds, sleeping sofas, dining areas, kitchenettes, bathrooms, fridges and washing machines. All apartments have wireless Wi-Fi and good working spaces. All apartments have air conditioning and heating. The main apartment also has a wooden stove in the large dining room. There are several terraces, an inner courtyard in stone between the apartments, and one main terrace (100m2), with dining for 18, several smaller tables, a lower terrace with a bar and 16 seats, a pool-side terrace with sunbeds and other lounging places.
Guest access
The guests rent the whole place, and have access to the whole house and grounds.
Other things to note
This villa has been upgraded to the absolute maximum allowed by the local conditions, but it should be noted that the water in the house is from the local spring, and can be used for bathing and cooking, but we do not recommend that you drink it. There are water dispensers in every apartment.
