We often grab a pizza from Popeje and eat it at the promenade, somewhere on a beach. Same with take-out burgers from Tri Lipe at the main city stairs. And the pizzas on the main square are quite good as well.
For desserts try Dodo ice cream and cakes, or morning cake and coffee from Gradska Kafana. We especially like the small terrace here, in the mornings. Try a cappuccino and apple strudel, put on your hat and sunglasses, and you will feel like a star of a an old Fellini movie.
Also, Al Posto Giusto in Igalo has very good pizzas and other Italian food.
